Root Canals
A root canal removes the nerve and soft tissue inside the tooth, this is done to treat an infection and save a tooth. We have an Endodontist who specializes in root canal treatment, Dr. Vohra did a residency in Endodontics in order to become proficient in these procedures.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by one of our Dentists on your first visit, and at scheduled check-up exams.
Root Canal Therapy
The nerve of the tooth is removed in order to treat infection and contamination of the tooth.
Endodontic Retreatment
If a prior root canal treatment has failed, a retreatment is done in order to save the tooth.
Microscopes
Microscopes are used to see inside the tooth at up to 16x magnification, this allows us to find narrow canals and cracks present
CBCT
Endodontic Cat Scans are done in order to evaluate a tooth to ensure the best treatment possible is done
Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs):
X-rays will help determine your tooth and root positions and essential for the detection of decay, cysts, tumors, and bone loss.
Gum disease evaluation:
We check your gums and bone around the teeth for any signs of periodontal disease.
Examination for tooth decay:
We use special dental instruments and check all of your tooth surfaces for decay.
Examination of existing dental-work:
We thoroughly check your restorations, fillings, etc.
